Manufacturing Process Audit/Survey
1. Star Engineering shall be granted the right to audit.
1.1 Star Engineering reserves the right to perform inspections, audits, evaluations, reviews, and/or witness the execution of the processes being performed at the supplier’s facilities in support of this purchase order.
1.2 Star Engineering reserves the right to allow our customers or government representatives to participate in the above activities.
1.3 This requirement applies to the Supplier’s sub-tiers and shall be flowed down accordingly.
1.4 Without additional charges, the Supplier and/or their sub-contractors shall make facilities available for these activities and provide all reasonable support during these visits/audits.
