Current Openings
Surface Mount Technician / Operator
We’re looking for an experienced SMT Technician/Operator to join our production floor. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with surface mount equipment and a sharp eye for quality. IPC-610 certification is a strong plus, but we’re equally interested in candidates with solid hands-on experience and a willingness to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate surface mount (SMT) assembly equipment
- Load feeders, verify components, and run production jobs
- Inspect assemblies for quality and placement accuracy
- Support first-article inspection and in-process quality checks
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with SMT equipment and processes
- A sharp eye for quality and attention to detail
- IPC-610 certification a strong plus (not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Location: North Attleboro, MA | Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Cable Assembler (Soldering Experience Required)
We’re seeking a skilled Cable Assembler with hand-soldering experience to support our assembly operations. Attention to detail and a steady hand are a must. IPC-620 certification is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble cables and wire harnesses to build documentation
- Perform hand-soldering of connectors, terminals, and components
- Cut, strip, crimp, and route wire to specification
- Inspect finished assemblies for workmanship and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Hand-soldering experience (required)
- Attention to detail and a steady hand
- IPC-620 certification a plus
- Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings
