Information and Communication to External Suppliers, AS9100
Star Engineering Inc. shall ensure the adequacy of requirements when communicating to our external providers, including but not limited to:
- Processes, products and services to be provided, including identification of relevant technical data
- Approval of products and services, methods and equipment and release of them
- Competence and qualifications of workers
- Test, Inspection and verification of products
- Proof of Quality Management System, when asked
- Non-Conformance issues
- Prevention of Counterfeit parts
- Document Retention and Disposition
Star Engineering Inc. shall communicate to external suppliers that their employees:
- Are aware of and conform to product compliance and services
- Are aware of their contribution to product safety
- And the importance of ethical behavior.
Star Engineering Inc. reserves the right to monitor and evaluate the supplier performance as needed.
