Order of Precedence

In the event of any inconsistency between any parts of this Order, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order:

1. Change Order document with flow down terms appendices
2. Order document with flow down terms appendices
3. Terms and Conditions (this document) – Supply and Services Subcontracts
4. Statement of work
5. Specifications/drawings
6. Quality/mission assurance requirements
7. Supplier data requirements List (SDRL)/Data Item Description (DID)
8. Other referenced documents
