Supplier Maintained Data
1. Records of inspection and test data must be maintained by the Seller and available for audit for a minimum of five (5) years.
The term “data” in this note refers to all inspection and test data (electronic or paper copy) required by the drawing or statement of work.
This requirement is complementary to any requirement established elsewhere within this Purchase Order to provide copies of such data with deliveries.
