      Star will test products to the customer's specifications before shipping. Star uses several techniques to insure that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Cable Tester





All cables built at Star are tested using a Cirrustm 5000 Cable Tester or DVM.



Mantis Vision System







The Mantis Vision System is one tool Star uses to inspect the quality of solder joints and part placements.



SMD Rework Station Vision System





Star Quality Control Personnel also use a Seika 2001 SMD Rework Station Vision System to view PCB details not capable of being seen without it's powerful magnification.
